MEP + ENERGY

PVE’s MEP services relate to various building systems that impact energy consumption. Primarily, we provide property and energy assessments for existing multifamily and commercial buildings to help building owners and property managers identify minor and major capital improvement projects that can renew major capital assets and result in operational/carbon savings that can yield returns on investments over short periods of time.

Other services include the design and construction management of specific recommended capital improvements to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and building envelope upgrades that result in thermal improvements. We also provide professional MEP design services to help clients improve or upgrade certain MEP systems within existing buildings.
