As PVE’s Director of Civil + Land Development, Dave is responsible for project design and management of planning, landscape architecture and civil engineering for developers across the US. His broad range of experience includes large-scale master planned communities, residential developments, multi-family, commercial, retail, industrial parks, community facilities and clubhouses. Dave oversees the design process and project implementation. He steers design and documentation from inception through the construction administration phase to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget. He utilizes his versatile design approach to identify and problem-solve potential issues.

Dave earned his Master of Business Administration degree at Point Park University and his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture degree at Ohio State University.
