As the Regional Director of the Civil + Land Development division in Pittsburgh, Rocco oversees the civil team at that location, managing all facets of multi-discipline land development projects through all phases from inception through completion. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree at Penn State and has over 15 years of experience as an accomplished civil engineer, project manager, and project executive specializing in land development and construction. Throughout his career, he has managed countless commercial, multi-family residential, industrial, and higher education projects, consistently delivering high-quality results.

Rocco excels at client management through strong communication and setting clear expectations for each project. This is evidenced by his consistent involvement in multi-year, multi-contract projects where he continually delivers for his clients. In addition, Rocco chairs the firm’s Strategic Planning Committee, which is tasked with the responsibility for developing initiatives designed to support the firm’s strategic growth.
